Today is a day that has been two years in the making. As a team, we are incredibly proud to announce that Evolv, the platform we believed would change the motor trade forever, is no longer just a vision or a beta test. It is live, it is operational, and the results from our first franchise pilot are, quite frankly, exceeding even our most optimistic projections.

For the founders, Michael Breen and Stuart Harrison, today marks the culmination of an intense journey of development, refinement, and relentless testing. When we started this project, we didn’t just want to build another "background replacement" app. We wanted to solve the fundamental liquidity problem in the UK motor trade. We wanted to kill off the "image coming soon" placeholder and the "dead capital" sitting in compounds. After 730 days of hard graft, we have done exactly that.

The Long Road to 'Photorealism'

The journey to today wasn’t easy. To reach the level of quality that the UK’s leading dealer groups demand, we couldn't take shortcuts. We spent two years perfecting the "orchestra" of over 25 different AI agents. We had to teach our AI the difference between the subtle metallic flakes in a BMW paint code and the solid finish of a base-model hatchback. We had to ensure that when a dealer enters a VIN, the AI understands the exact geometry of that specific chassis, the correct alloy wheel design, and the precise upholstery stitch.

There were moments during development where "good enough" would have been easy. But Michael and Stuart, with their five decades of combined MD and Ops Director experience, refused to settle. They knew that in a franchised environment, trust is everything. If the digital twin doesn't perfectly match the physical car, the system fails. We stayed in the lab until the technology was mature enough to meet the standard of the "Built by the Trade, for the Trade" promise.


Live Results: The Clarks of Kidderminster Pilot – thanks Steve!

Theory is one thing; the forecourt is another. We are thrilled to share the initial results from our first live trial with Steve Latham and the team at Clarks of Kidderminster. Steve was the first GM to put his faith in EVOLV, and the feedback has been phenomenal. By integrating Evolv into their workflow, Clarks of Kidderminster has effectively removed the "photography bottleneck" that plagues so many UK dealerships. Steve noted: "When I first saw the output, I was bowled over by the quality. It is a genuine game-changer. I can now advertise my entire new car inventory with photorealistic images and cinematic video before the cars have even landed on the forecourt."

The impact on their digital marketing has been immediate. They are no longer waiting for the British weather to clear or for the valeting bay to empty. They are "Web Ready" the moment a car is allocated. This is the "Evolv Effect" in action: turning unadvertised metal into live, high-intent enquiries.

A Growing Queue: The Road to Onboarding

While we are celebrating today, we are also working around the clock to meet the demand. The "secret" of Evolv has spread through the UK dealer networks faster than we anticipated. We currently have a very long and growing line of dealer groups awaiting onboarding.

We understand the eagerness. When an Ops Director sees that a 31-site group could potentially save £930,000 a year in labour costs while increasing advertisable stock by 30%, they don't want to wait. However, our commitment to quality remains our priority. We are onboarding groups systematically to ensure that every partner receives the same "Michelin-star" level of service and technical accuracy that Steve has experienced at Clarks.

Beyond Imagery: A New Era of Video

One of the most encouraging aspects of the live trial has been the performance of our Transactional Video content. Dealers are seeing that Evolv doesn't just produce "pretty pictures"; it generates an entire broadcast-quality video library for every vehicle.

Our ultra-realistic short-form reels for TikTok and Meta complete with virtual presenters and live finance offers—are transforming how dealerships engage with the modern buyer. As Michael Breen recently noted, "This isn't just about photos; it's about dominating every screen. We are seeing a massive improvement in social media content performance because the AI allows us to be laser-focused on specific offers with unprecedented speed."

The Future: Evolv Changes Everything

As we look forward to the next six months, our mission is clear. We are scaling our infrastructure to move as many dealers as possible from "Waiting" to "Live." We are continuing to train our 25+ AI agents on the latest manufacturer data to ensure that every new model launch is supported on Day one.

To our early adopters and the hundreds of dealers on our waiting list: thank you for your patience and your belief in the vision. We knew two years ago that the motor trade needed a better way to sell new cars online. Today, we have proven it.
